By participating in the Ferentino Tyre me Campaign (the "Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Campaign is open to all visitors of the Ferentino stall at the Motor Show exhibition in Sri Lanka, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
1.2. Employees of Ferentino, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Campaign are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period
2.1. The Campaign will run during the official dates and operating hours of the Motor Show exhibition. Ferentino reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, visitors must:
- Locate the Ferentino stall at the Motor Show exhibition.
- Scan the QR code displayed at the stall using a smartphone or tablet.
- Access the designated web URL (the "Campaign Web App").
- Log in to the Campaign Web App using their Google account (as a guest login).
- Provide the following mandatory personal details: Full Name, Contact Email, Contact Number, City, Vehicle Type, and Tyre Type.
- Submit the completed information through the Campaign Web App.
3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the Campaign Period. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
4. Discount Offer
4.1. Upon successful submission of the required information through the Campaign Web App, participants will be eligible to receive a discount on their next Ferentino tyre purchase.
4.2. The exact nature, value, and terms of the discount (e.g., percentage off, fixed amount, applicable tyre models, minimum purchase, validity period, redemption process) will be communicated to the participant upon successful submission of their details or via a follow-up communication from Ferentino.
4.3. The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
4.4. Ferentino reserves the right to modify or withdraw the discount offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
5.1. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in the separate Privacy Policy for this Campaign.
5.2. The information collected will be used by Ferentino for the purpose of providing the discount, customer engagement, marketing communications (if consent is given), and internal analytics.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Ferentino reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
6.2. Ferentino is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system failures, or any other issues that may prevent a participant from entering or receiving their discount.
6.3. Ferentino's decision in all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by Ferentino at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the most current version.
6.5. Ferentino reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by Ferentino in its sole discretion.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
